Allergy Advice for Our Valued Customers

At our kitchens, we prepare sushi, salads, and ready meals fresh every day. As a result, we handle a variety of ingredients that may contain common allergens:

  • Celery
  • Cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, barley, oats & rye)
  • Crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs & lobsters)
  • Eggs
  • Fish
  • Milk
  • Molluscs (such as mussels & oysters)
  • Mustard
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Soybeans
  • Sulphur dioxide & sulphites

If you have an allergy or intolerance, please let a team member know before you purchaseso we can guide you to food items that may be suitable for you. We have included potential May Contain allergens that may be introduced through our supply chain. These allergens are clearly marked with an ‘M’ for easy identification.

 

Important Notes

  • Dish Modifications: We cannot modify food items for allergies or intolerances. Even when visible ingredients (like garnishes) are removed, allergens may still be present in sauces or other components. This policy is in place to protect the safety of our customers and team members.
  • Cross-Contamination Risk: Although we take precautions, cross-contamination can still occur because our kitchens handle many allergens. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any menu item is completely allergen-free.
  • Recipe Updates: Our recipes may change from time to time. Please review the most up-to-date allergen information before making your selection.
